The loft has lots of natural light, with windows facing north and south.

Juliet balcony with floor to ceiling window on the south side, overlooking green backyards.

Loads of closet space.

LOCATION: The hood is quiet, very green with many trees. Close to transit (Dufferin Subway, College Street Car, Dufferin Bus, Ossington Bus), close to Dufferin Grove Park and Dufferin Mall. There are lots of shops, services laundromats and amenities to make your daily errands easy.

ABOUT THE HOUSE:
The three-storied house is shared with three adults, a child and a small cat, who love music art, reading to name a few things.
The backyard is shaded in the summer and has a grill available to use.

QUEER SAFETY: This has been a queer home since the 1980s when it was a hub of POC queer activism. It's a quieter space now, home to an elder living with disability, her daughter and spouse, and her daughter's daughter.

Welcome someone who is mature, clean, non-smoking.

The house is generally quiet. You're free to have the occasional event as long as you clean up after.
