This is a comfy junior one-bedroom basement apartment fully furnished with bedding, towels and a kitchen stocked with utensils, tools, pots, pans, microwave, etc. It's in a nice, walkable neighbourhood, easy distance to either Runnymede or Jane... stations. We're about 1.5 blocks north of Bloor Street. Landlady, her blended family and golden retriever live upstairs. There are two entrances, one from a separate exterior staircase at the back, accessed through the garden gate, and one at the side of the house.
