Cozy, bright, spacious 1-bedroom appartment in Midtown Toronto Apartments

I am professor at York University, but don't need my condo for most of 2025. The building is relatively new (2013) and is conveniently located in Midtown right in the centre of the most interesting block along St Clair West -- one that features... excellent restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, butchers, produce stores, a weekly farmer's market and much more.I picked this location because of its village character, its proximity to downtown and its convenient location close to the subway line (Union station -> UofT -> Midtown -> York University). Right in front of the house is one of the many bike share stations. For a small annual fee, you can take out a bike and you'll be in downtown in 20 min, then come back by subway if you don't want to pedal uphill. My commute to York University by subway takes me 35 min, door to door. The commute to UofT takes about 15 min (bike or public transportation).The condo is on the 5th floor of a 9-floor boutique-style apartment building. The balcony faces South and since it is the only larger building for a few kilometres you have a beautiful view overlooking older residential neighbourhoods with tall trees that makes them look more like an extended park. In the distance, you can see Lake Ontario.The condo is spacious (>700 sf) but has only one bedroom in addition to the large living and kitchen area. It is very comfortable if you are single, but also big enough for a couple. Your neighbours are mostly professionals of all ages. You share with them a gym, and a larger meeting room and a large common patio.The apartment comes lightly furnished. Key items are a Queen size bed and a couch that can also be turned in a guest bed.
