Conveniently located near Bay and Bloor, U of T campus, and steps away from Museum or Bay subway station. Our apartment is a 3 bedrooms/2 bath, with a full kitchen, living room/dining area and a bright sun-room. The available bedroom has a... west-facing window, spacious closet, and room for a desk, dresser and bookshelf. Please see the pictures above. The room comes partially furnished with a twin bed and mattress, and the apartment has a couch and other living room furniture, although there is room for additional furnishings if you have your own.

We’re looking for one more female roommate to move in for February 1st or late January. The lease length is flexible, can be for the semester or a full year. Ideally looking for a graduate student or mature undergraduate student.

We (the other tenants) are two young women in our mid-late 20s. One of us is a current UofT student and the other is a recent graduate who is currently working full-time. We keep our common spaces clean and organized. We like to chat when we're all in the living room, and occasionally watch movies together.
